It is important to consider some points

Do you know your embroidery area?

First of all, it is essential to confirm the size of your equipment's embroidery area. This will prevent you from purchasing a pattern that does not fit in your hoop. After all, there is nothing more frustrating than buying something and then finding out that it is not compatible, right? Before finalizing your purchase, check the measurements of the pattern and make sure that it is compatible with the hoop you use. This way, you avoid headaches and ensure perfect embroidery

Is the purchase made only through the store?

Yes, the purchase process is super simple and practical and must be done through the store! First, register, then just choose the patterns you want and add them to your cart. When you are ready, complete the payment. Oh, and there is more good news: you do not need to send any proof of payment! Our system automatically identifies your transaction, and the order will be ready to be downloaded, you will be notified

How will I receive it?

After payment confirmation, all purchased patterns will be available in your account. To access them, go to the store, click on “My Account” and go to the customer area. There, you can download your patterns easily and whenever you need. We have no download limits. Important: patterns are not sent by email or WhatsApp. So, remember to always access your account in the store to download them.

How to modify a pattern?

If you need to make any changes to the pattern before purchasing, it's super simple. Just access the “Request a Change...” field in the product, fill out the form with the details of what you want to adjust and send it. Our team will analyze your request and notify you by email about the next steps. After our analysis, you will be notified and, with just a few clicks, approve and make the payment directly through the store. Wait for our production deadline, then just download the adjusted pattern to your account in “My Budgets”! It's a fully automated, practical and safe process! And the best part: everything will be stored in your account, making it super easy to access whenever you need it in the future.

By accessing your store account with email and password, you will downloadable orders released as soon as you receive the notification of payment confirmation and release by email. You access your client area locate the request with Download Released click on download then the green button with the extension chosen in front of each drawing

Choose Immediate Release and finalize your payment with credit card or paypal, thus approved the payment the order will be released for download.

If you made a payment by credit card, paypal and the payment has been approved you can access your account at the store and download it

It will not be necessary to inform the payment when paying with paypal and credit card the release is automatic and immediate

At the top of the shop access your account, now in your client area locate the application with Download Released click on download, then the green button that shows the extension chosen in front of each drawing, and ready the file has already been transferred to your computer.

If it was paid by credit card and at the end of the payment the order was not released it means that this payment attempt was refused and your order will remain with status awaiting payment for you to retry accessing your customer area, locate the order and click on pay the order will return to the cart to be paid again.

This happens when the size of the drawing has exceeded the area of embroidery available for your machine, that is, the drawing is too large and can not be used. Remembering that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, adjustments in downloadable orders released for the designs purchased on these conditions. If in doubt as to limit the area to access the tab machine left and locate your machine type and model and check the maximum extent accepted.
