After all, there is nothing more frustrating than buying something and then finding out that it is not compatible, right? Before finalizing your purchase, check the measurements of the pattern and make sure that it is compatible with the hoop you use. This way, you avoid headaches and ensure perfect embroidery

There, you can download your patterns easily and whenever you need. We have no download limits. Important: patterns are not sent by email or WhatsApp. So, remember to always access your account in the store to download them.

How to modify a pattern?

If you need to make any changes to the pattern before purchasing, it's super simple. Just access the “Request a Change...” field in the product, fill out the form with the details of what you want to adjust and send it. Our team will analyze your request and notify you by email about the next steps.
